From an early age, my father laid the foundation of this organization by rolling up his sleeves and leading by example. He was a true tradesman who knew how to utilize a little to make a lot. His work ethic and fundamental beliefs were passed down to me, and I credit him with teaching me the most valuable keys to success — hard work, loyalty, and determination.
But our success — past, present, and future — depends on each and every one of you, the people of A.O. Hardee & Son. I didn’t work alone, and our achievements belong to us all.
